Our Story
Lebron Consulting was founded in 2025 by Billy Lebron, who currently serves as CEO. The company was born from a personal challenge: Billy experienced firsthand the frustration, stress, and confusion of moving to Spain without proper guidance. He decided to transform that experience into a solution for others.
Our goal was clear from day one: to provide trustworthy, expert consulting for international individuals and families looking to relocate to Spain with legal confidence and peace of mind.

What sets us apart is our foundation in family values and professional expertise. At the heart of Lebron Consulting is Altagracia Grullón Liriano, the firm’s principal consultant and the mother of our founder.
Altagracia Grullón Liriano is a licensed attorney in the Dominican Republic (Bar Number: 24396-1006-01 – verify here), and a certified Gestora Administrativa in Spain, registered with the Colegio de Gestores Administrativos de Navarra ( verify here).
Her dual experience in both legal systems gives our clients a strategic advantage during their relocation process.
